At Blumen Floral Art and Design, we take great care to ensure every bouquet leaves our studio in peak condition. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately via email or phone so we can assist you.

Flower Life Expectancy

  • Fresh flowers typically last 3–7 days.

  • Lifespan may vary depending on the flower variety, as some species are naturally more delicate than others.

  • External factors such as weather, handling, and placement in your home can also affect longevity.

Aftercare & Eligibility for Returns

  • Aftercare is essential to maintain freshness. Please follow all care instructions provided.

  • If your flowers perish within 48 hours of purchase or delivery, and you have followed the care instructions, we will gladly resend a new bouquet or issue a refund.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Proof of Issue

  • We may request clear photographs of the flowers to verify the issue.

  • These must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase or delivery date.

  • Without photographic proof within this time frame, we reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Sub-Standard Flowers

If the recipient receives flowers that are damaged or not up to our quality standards:

  1. We can resend your order on the next available delivery date, or

  2. Issue a full refund.

We will, at our discretion, review concerns raised after the 48-hour period, but we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 24–48 hours.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times vary by bank or card provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
